Los Angeles Rams linebacker Myles Garrett is set to return to the lineup this week. NFL Media reports Garrett will be activated from injured reserve for Sunday's meeting with the Washington Commanders after he was a full participant at practice this week. Garrett has been sidelined since undergoing knee surgery before Week Two.

According to The Big Lead, Garrett's return is a significant development for the Rams as they prepare for an important road matchup. The Rams opened Garrett's 21-day practice window earlier this week, allowing him to return to the field while the organization evaluated his readiness to come off injured reserve.

Head coach Sean McVay confirmed Garrett's progress, stating that he would "probably take half the reps" in practice and that the team would assess his condition incrementally. The Rams' official website reported that Garrett was a limited participant in practice, which was an encouraging sign given his absence since the season opener.

Garrett's return is expected to provide a boost to the Rams' defense, which has been without one of its key players for much of the season. His presence adds a major threat off the edge, enhancing the team's defensive front as they face the Commanders.
